Rangers 2 - Astros 8
This is a shock to me considering where the Rangers were at last year. I looked at the Astros roster and I have no idea who any of their players are except pitcher turned outfielder Rick Ankiel. So may be a brighter future in the Astros future but the Rangers not so sure.
Re: MLB News
Bryce Harper is a manchild and he's the future of baseball...him and mike trout...hopefully Detroit can recover from last year and have a great season
Re: MLB News
What a performance by Yu Darvish of the Rangers. Perfect through 8 2/3 innings and he gives up a hit with 1 out left.
Re: MLB News
Lots of good action this week during the first games of the season, one thing that irritates me tho is all these people burying certain teams already! They've played 3 games! lol. Give em a chance to show more. and as always GO BRAVES

Re: MLB News
I have never seen an MLB all star game, but it wouldn't take much to beat the NHL one which is pretty cringe worthy. Did see it listed on the EPSN America channel over here though, so I may take a look.

Re: MLB News
I think the MLB all star game is better than most because it actually means the winner gets home field advantage in the world series. Its not like football and some of the other sports where its just a showcase of great athletes. Which is fine but I would rather it mean something if a team wins.
Re: MLB News
Arod is facing a lifetime ban from MLB stemming from more evidence compiled from investigation. .I believe its about time we see more of this and get the league straightened up.
Re: MLB News
The only way MLB is going to stop PED's is Lifetime bans for those who cheat. Look at Pete Rose and what the accused him of "which was never proven." And you don't see anybody doing that. Ban A-Rod and Clemons while where at it and take their stats from the accused years away from them.

Is the Yankees trade with the Cubs going to make a deference? The Yankees gets Alfonso Soriano a 37 old outfielder. I think this is a reach for the Yankees to get some power into the lineup but it makes the average age of the Yankees is 32.7 years old.

Re: MLB News
I like the trade but im impartial to Alfonso ive always liked him..I dont think its a longterm help but maybe a player than can get rejuvenated and give a boost.
